Authentic Leadership [ 5-Part SERIES ]

Five-Part Series on Authenticity.

Authentic is known when experienced, but often hard to define. Its synonyms of “genuine,” “real” and “true” are descriptors used when we experience something the resonates as being honest to its intended purpose.

When it comes to following an authentic leader, his or her vulnerability, transparency and courage as a leader can often translate into followers being willing to go to new places, or risk potential change for something better. All because they are believe they are following a leader who has the markings of their true leader, Jesus Christ. They are authentic.

Checkout our FIVE-part blog series where we sought to better define authenticity and identify four-components of authentic leadership.
